About Response One

Response One was started by 4 people who all worked together and talked about one day doing it for themselves.  That day came on 1 September 1998 when Patrick Sargeant, Sarah Stenning, Tim Calvert-Jones and Anna Smith opened the doors of Response One Direct Marketing Ltd. Armed with some brilliant clients, a few tea bags, a kettle, old desks and a new phone system, Response One was born.

Now owned by St Ives plc, Response One employs over 70 people and works with over 100 clients.  The clients we worked with on day one are still with us and we can honestly say we are as passionate and committed now as we were all those years ago.

What makes the difference at Response One is having a whole team of people who really enjoy coming to work.
