Damian knows the importance of building long term client relationships. Since moving to Response One in 2003 to head up R1’s Media Sales, his commitment to a solid, sustainable sales approach has seen the department double in size. Damian’s drive and ambition ensures his team delivers proactive sales based on true market knowledge and application of the right resources.

A decade of innovative thinking and the desire to constantly challenge practices has resulted in Damian's swift career progression. With grounding in the fine wine market, Damian moved to advertising sales at global agency Carat where he led a number of key client relationships including Britannia Music and Ticketmaster. In 1998 he replicated this success at The Response Team.

The solid sales experience that Damian has since brought to Response One ensures our clients, including Yellow Pages, Redcats (La Redoute, Empire,Vertbaudet, Daxon) and UGD, are managed by a committed, insightful team, who are constantly prepared to go the extra mile.
