Much of Response One’s success comes from the passion and dedication of the staff that drive our day-to-day operations. Since joining in 1999, Nichola has remained the driving force behind all financial and HR aspects that are crucial in maintaining our excellent client reputation.

Overseeing an expert team of support staff, Nichola’s leadership draws on 12 years working in financial management within the leisure industry. Backed by ACCA qualification, Nichola remains an integral member of the Executive Board, and continually strives to push R1’s operational standards to new heights.
